I don't think it matches with images at Salvia plebeia R.Br. or any other species as per comparative images at ‎Salvia

Not Clinopodium piperitum (D.Don) Murata, as per images herein. 

Not even matching with any species of Clinopodium as per comparative images herein, as the leaves below the flower also look different.

Something closely associated.
