As the perianth is not dark purple, but pale yellowish, it should be Rheum webbianum as per keys and discussions at Rheum webbianum from Pothibasa, Uttarakhand-GS08012022-2

Going by the keys in Flora of Pakistan, it can not be Rheum webbianum Royle, being stemless.
These keys point out R. specifome along with R. moorcroftianum (not keyed here).
There seems to be a lot of confusion between the two as per keys and illustration in Flora of China.
But I will go for Rheum moorcroftianum Royle, based on the colour of anthers being purple-red as per Flora of China (and not yellow in R.speciforme as per Flora of China and GBIF specimen- one) and as per GBIF specimen- one and two.
