Request identification of this herb from Vasai region. It is around 3 feet tall. Did not see any flowers and fruits. Thanks.

This could be a member of Asteraceae but I can't see enough detail.  Did it have an acrid smell?

Thanks Alastair ji for responding. Actually, it had a smell similar to
Tulsi i.e. Ocimum sp.
