Flowers are like that of Clematis gouriana Roxb. uploads in our/group database, but number of leaflets and leaflet base differ. I have no other alternative.

Clematis gouriana   is common in this area.  Regarding ID unless the specimen is examined physically it is difficult to ID the present posting.
