If it is Ochna integerrima (Lour.) Merr. it could be Ochna squarrosa Kurz., I guess.

your single picture is from a cultivated plant

so no saying where the origin is

if it was wild we could guess and give benefit of doubt may be it could be

the one listed as chinese species. the one you want to call it.
