Dear Competitors

On 28 February 2013, FTI’s policy competition came to an end.

A total of 19 entries were received. Of these 18 are eligible for the competition, one being from an FTI member.

All entries (including the one from an FTI member) have been de-identified and allocated a number. These entries have been published by FTI today, here:

These are also attached (a 2MB file).

While assessment (scoring) of these policies is now underway, FTI welcomes public comment on these competition entries. Although these comments are unlikely to affect scores, it would be useful to hear different perspectives on proposed policies.

Please provide  comments by indicating the Competition Entry Number (which starts with “C”), followed by your detailed comment.

Comments will close  31 March 2013.

Competition results are expected to be announced by 30 April 2013.

Regards

Dear Friends

Through an accident one of the policies received in time (and duly acknowledged) was left out of the ZIP file I sent to you earlier today. Luckily for all of us, the competitor noticed the error and brought it to my notice. Although it would have been picked up later during further reconciliation, it is good that this has been picked up early.

The following web page has been suitably corrected, and the 20th entry has been uploaed in a revised ZIP file. Please download from here:
