[iOS] IMAAdsManagerDelegate does not trigger events in PiP mode

Dear IMA SDK team,

I am facing an issue where when an ad is playing in picture-in-picture mode, play and pause events from the picture in picture controls are not triggering this delegate method (click to see link). However, calling the play() and pause() events on AVPlayer does trigger the events.

Debug Info:

1. Tested on simulator and physical device. Issue reproducible in both environments.

2. Tested on iOS 16 and iOS 17. Issue reproducible in both environments.

3. Tested using the latest version of the iOS IMA SDK as of writing (v3.22.1).

4. Tested using the app provided by your organization: the AdvancedExample on Github (click to see link).
