Hello Steve,
Michael here from IMA SDK support team. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes you can download the ima3.js if you hover to the link where it is imported in our sample apps it will expose the follow link button, and you can navigate through it. However, you may also directly download it here: http://imasdk.googleapis.com/js/sdkloader/ima3.js.
Please be informed that we do not recommend this as ima3.js always loads the most recent code update from our server. So, there is a chance that your resource would not totally sync to the latest update. If you persist on doing so, just ensure that you are using the most recent version of ima3.js and you are keeping an eye on our release notes and blog posts.
On the other hand, with regards to doing the same thing for bridge.html, can you please elaborate what you mean by this? What is the bridge.html you are referring to? Can you provide a screenshot of that from our sample apps so we can have better understanding of your concern?
Regards,

Hello Steve,
Thank you for your response. Yes, the intended usage of the SDK is for commercial use. Additionally, I have received feedback from our team that we highly do not recommend publishers to download the SDK and host it locally. There are measures built into the SDK to prevent this. This type of integration is not supported and discouraged and if issues may arise, we possibly cannot support it either. Kindly take note of that should you insist on doing the process.
Regards,
