Converting and old project to v3 to v4

Potentially crazy question. I've revisiting some localisations that I had working a few years back, on v3.

I'd like to see what state they are in in v4 but upon opening I get "This project cannot be opened because it has been created on Tiger". 

What's the safest/correct way to update a project from v3 -> v4?

The best way is to re-create a new project using the localized version of your application and then re-use any glossary that you were using at that time. There is unfortunately no conversion possible for that type of situation.
