Files updated or not after project update, that is the question.

Hi Jean et al.

I complained more than once in the past that iLocalize would not
recognize all updated files when I updated an iLocalize project with a
new build of the relevant application.

Now I finally found out who to blame - it's an old issue in Xcode. When
you update NIBs or files inside the referenced myApp.help folder, Xcode
will not be reliable on whether it will update the relevant files in the
new build or simply keep the older files.

Although it is another waste of time, I now have to "Project > Clean
Build Folder" in Xcode before I do important builds. And iLocalize just
behaves as expected.

Hi Jean.

This "Clean Build Folder" way solves all these reported problems.
Chances are that only developers-localizers like me ever face it,
because pure localizers will probably always get clean new builds from
their developers.

It's an Xcode issue since v3.x, as far as I remember.
