Difficultés d'accéder à l'interface d'accueil

je suis un nouveau utilisateur de Ica_atom..j'ai installé Ica atom avec le WAMP 2.0i simultanément avec Pmb , mais PMB fonctionne normalement mais j'arrive plus à accéder à l'interface de Icaatm qui affiche sur l'écran le message ci-dessous..Merci de me situer
