Hola,

Additionally, a 302 Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.4.37 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.1.1 PHP/7.2.12 Server at localhost Port 80

Agradezco de antemano cualquier ayuda que me permita resolver este problema

Hola Ricardo,

ICA-AtoM version 1.3.1 is a legacy release that is no longer being developed or maintained. We strongly recommend that you consider installing AtoM2 instead - our current release is AtoM 2.4.1

If you are looking to set up a local test instance on a Windows computer, we also maintain the AtoM Vagrant box, which provides a much easier way to create a local installation than using Xampp. This post has further details:
If you do intend to keep using ICA-AtoM and XAMPP, please know that we are limited in the support we can provide. As I said, we do not develop or maintain ICA-AtoM 1.x anymore, and we have never fully tested or supported installing AtoM using XAMPP. However, you can find many other guides, tips, and troubleshooting suggestions in the forum - see for example:
In terms of troubleshooting your issue, here are some general suggestions:

First, whenever you encounter a 500 error, you should first look at the webserver error logs to learn more about the issue. If you are using Apache, or another webserver, you may have to search online for information on how to access the error log - it also will depend on the particular configuration of your installation. For most Apache web server installs, the following should work:
  • sudo tail -f /var/log/apache2/error.log
The 302 error is essentially a redirect, and may suggest that there is something in your server configuration that is not correct. See this post for general suggestions on resolving 302 messages:
Good luck! And remember, please consider installing AtoM 2 instead! It is also open source (released under the same A-GPLv3 license), created and maintained by the same team, and much of the underlying code is identical. However, the search index has been improved, the user interface has been redesigned, many long-running tasks are now supported by a job scheduler so they will not time out in the browser, and there are many new features, bug fixes, and enhancements. Additionally, the documentation has been completely rewritten. Learn more here:
