Hi QC,Unfortunately, you can't remove the date-stamp section of the document number. You can have the title of the audit appearing in the document name if there is an Audit Title field in the Information Section of the app, but the date stamp still appears after the title. If you want to truly rename the file, you will need to do this on a PC.

Hello Justin,
You can change the name of the file to be exported by going to your device's settings and:
1. Scroll down and choose iAuditor.
2. Tap on "Sending Options" found under the Exporting Option header.
3. From there, you can customise the email format using the different language shortcuts available.
4. If you want the audit title to appear as file name, simply enter %t to the file option.
