• The 2012 version, the preview 'GL' window had something very useful : when hover a number corresponding to a picture, we had the picture framed by a red square. Very useful when managing a lot of pictures (I had to manage panoramics with more than a hundred pictures, without that simple feature, I would a loose my way…). That feature is not present in the 2019 version, you have to click/unclick the number to find where it is in the panoramic… Not useful ;
Just to be simple here : if there is any way to keep the 2012 version, make it 64bits so it would run on macOS Catalina, it should be great. But it would not be possible I think…
I really that 2012 version. Panoramic stitching is my work. Hugin was my loyal tool since years, I LOVE that software and I don't to switch to an other software. I just hope you would keep in mind what I said. And if there is anyway I can involved myself in the project (a better interface design, user-friendly features that understand how artists would like to work their panoramics…), just tell me :)
Keep up the excellent work !

• I really miss the old Optimization tab (for geometric and exposure optimizations), it was better to navigate the parameters ;• When I want to modify exposure parameters, I have to right-click the picture from the list, click on the 3rd tab of the opened window, and then, close it. The 2012 version had all of that directly on the exposure tab of the main window. We have a lot of empty spaces on the main window here, why not using it ? We would have the parameters on the fly, just like the 2012 version ;

I just want to manually edit each parameter of each image without having to click 3 times to get them right. Why ? because automatic optimization of exposure/level/vignetting of the pan don't work very well with the picture I'm working with. So, I have to manually work each picture.
> As an alternative you can also edit the parameters in the optimizer/photometric optimizer tab in place.If you meant that window, just no. Parameters are not editable here. Or I'm missing something…
