HSFC Bylaws Update for Review

Hello, HSFC! The current club bylaws were last updated in 1997. They were based on a template for a different organizational structure, vague, in some instances contradictory and did not serve the club's needs. So the Executive Committee spent a lot of time updating them to meet not just our current needs but any anticipated future needs.

As HSFC members you have the right of review and comment on this bylaws update prior to a vote to accept them. Please take some time to review these and reply to this email with any comments no later than July 14th. All comments received by that date will be taken under consideration for the final draft.
