Our November meeting is our annual pizza&salad night and roundtable. We'll also be holding annual elections for officer positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, for the 2023 term. We'll also have the usual raffle of small fly fishing items. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, 9 November at the Elks Lodge in the Ranchos. Doors open at 6:30, social until program starts at 7pm.
Note: Self-nominations will be accepted for all of the above positions until we hold the elections. Please contact me or the current officer holder if you'd like additional info about any of the positions.
We're hoping to get in one more fish out before winter arrives. We're currently eyeing the last weekend of October but, depending on weather, may need to slide the fish out into November. Details to follow.
Our October management (board) meeting will be held tomorrow, 19 October 2-3pm, at Partnership Douglas County, 1625 NV-88 STE 104, Minden, NV 89423. We'll be going reviewing annual dinner. All members are encouraged to participate.
