Good news again for this year. Last year’s event was an overwhelming success, and we look to duplicate in 2025. The exceptional ladies from Northern Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation and their families are super excited about participating again this year.
For those of you who helped last year, the logistics should be remarkably similar. Bentley Pond from 10 to 3. Volunteers should arrive around 9:00. The club is providing all the gear for the participants, and a gourmet “kids lunch” of grilled hot dogs etc. for all. For those of you who may not have attended, or who are new members, we can attest that this is a profound experience, and we would invite you to come and help. It is one of those events guaranteed to lift your spirits.
For obvious logistical purposes, we need to get a handle on attendance, so please let us know by phone or email if you plan to attend. Fishing buddy, tackle assembling and general help is welcomed. Thank you for helping the club make this another great experience.
