Request : Please publish v4.0.1 source code on GitHub

I noticed that the official Horos website is distributing a v4.0.1 DMG, but the
corresponding source code does not seem to be available on the official GitHub
repository (https://github.com/horosproject/horos).
The most recent GitHub release is tagged 20240407 ("Pre-AppleSilicon Build"), and
the default branch (horos) still shows v4.0.0 RC5 in Horos.xcconfig and
releasenotes.html.
Since Horos is distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 (LGPL),
the source code for any distributed binary must be made publicly available.
Could the team please upload the v4.0.1 source code to GitHub and create a
corresponding release tag? This would help developers who wish to contribute,
build from source, or understand what changes were made in this version.

I would like to add another point to this request.
Previously, with v4.0.0 RC5, it was possible to install plugins by following the method described in this discussion:

However, with the currently distributed v4.0.1 build, this method no longer works and the plugins cannot be installed.
For example, plugins such as JPG2DICOM and PDF2DICOM were installable using this approach with v4.0.0 RC5, but installation is not possible with v4.0.1.
If the v4.0.1 source code were published, it would greatly help developers in the community. I would like to try updating or recreating these plugins so they can be installed and used with the latest version.
