suctionは名詞、suckが動詞と思いますが、Googleで検索するとsuctioned,
suctionsと動詞で使っているケースがかなりヒットします。これは間違いでしょ

日本人である自分の感覚だとsuckは赤ん坊がお乳を吸っているようなイメージが
あり、ポンプとかの機械系だとsuctionを動詞で使ってしまいたくなる感じはあ

It's not a mistake. "Suction" can also be used as a verb.

No, I do not believe that "suction" as a verb is an error, so "suctioned"
and "suctions" can be proper usage.

See the following online dictionary entry:

suc・tion
n.
1. The act or process of sucking.
2. A force that causes a fluid or solid to be drawn into an interior space
or to adhere to a surface because of the difference between the external and
internal pressures.
tr.v. suc・tioned, suc・tion・ing, suc・tions
1. To draw away or remove by the force of suction: suction fluid from the
lungs.
2. To clean or evacuate (a body cavity, for example) by the force of
suction.

Yes, that might be part of the reason why "suction" is used as a verb.
"Suck" as a verb does in fact very much imply the use of the lips to create
suction and draw out something.

There's been a bit of semantic drift. I suspect that "suck" now has such a broad and varied meaning that "suction" was taken up as a verb to keep to the narrower meaning of "suction."

For example, "This vacuum cleaner really sucks" doesn't generally mean that the vacuum cleaner has good suction. <g>
