Less than a week to go (PROJECT Osaka)

Hello all,
It is less than a week to go to PROJECT Osaka and the committee is
pretty much
ready to go:) (Today, can't vouch for tomorrow).
We were concerned about numbers there for a while but it seems
everyone likes to come
out of the woodwork at the last minute! Pity the poor registrar who
will be up late
the night before printing out name tags for the stragglers.

We are going to make a few changes to the program for various reasons
so do check
later on in the week before you come.

We all look forward to seeing you. It is going to be a great day. For
those of
you who have joined the google group you will see there are several
people going to
lunch and even talk of where to go for a sanjikai!
