哈薩克副總理(舒可耶夫)鼓勵哈薩克人民多搭飛機，少開車。
舒可耶夫說，現在哈薩克人到遠方旅行，都開車或坐車，這非常落伍，他們應該搭飛機，甚至也可以搭私人飛機。
他還說，在非洲國家，經常可以看見很小的飛機跑道，人們搭乘小飛機外出購物，或者到鄰近村莊。舒可耶夫準備讓政府簡化手續，讓哈薩克人民更容易
就能擁有私人飛機。
哈薩克人民平均每人月薪只有一萬元新台幣，根本沒錢買機票，更不要說搭乘或購買私人飛機。因此舒可耶夫鼓勵人民多搭乘私人飛機，顯示他完全不瞭
解民情。
