Gamemaker can't compile to Flash and it would be cool to make something that's easier than Haxe to use for development but still have Haxe. I'd want it to be able to be used with HaxeFlixel too.
Isn't Haxe better to know in the future than GameMaker? And Haxe is free. GameMaker's level editor is crap and it's not open source.
I'm not saying I'm that skilled but it's just for a little fun. I can learn too.
if you are that skillful that you can create brand new det tool for haxe, why can't you just use haxe to develop?imo haxe is way wore complex than gml, so you won't use all the power of haxe. or you will leave this project, because of complexity.
