For me, I've had various different cravings but have been happy so
long as I have chickpeas, mushrooms and spinach on hand (my HH30 fast
food snack!). Lots of people are loving smoothies and I am particuarly
enjoying having very simple vegetable-only meals. I've also managed to
kick my sugar and salt habit, which I'm very pleased about.
The only downside is that I started quite an intense running programme
at the same time as HH30. I have been quite tired but this is probably
more due to the exercise than the food I'm eating.
