I'm joining a bit late!!

I have been on holiday for the start of this challenge, so I am
joining a bit late!

How is everyone finding it after the first couple of weeks? Any tips?

I'm vegan but need to cut down on processed stuff, so really looking
forward to eating well through this challenge!

For me, I've had various different cravings but have been happy so
long as I have chickpeas, mushrooms and spinach on hand (my HH30 fast
food snack!). Lots of people are loving smoothies and I am particuarly
enjoying having very simple vegetable-only meals. I've also managed to
kick my sugar and salt habit, which I'm very pleased about.

The only downside is that I started quite an intense running programme
at the same time as HH30. I have been quite tired but this is probably
more due to the exercise than the food I'm eating.
