Templates from Rich Media Gallery not Opening

Hi all,

I've just downloaded Google Web Designer (for the creation of ads) and after doing this, I downloaded templates from http://www.richmediagallery.com/template-database#ids=%7Ccat2622298item3 , however when I try to open these I get the following message "unable to open file due to the following error. The file was not created in Google Web Designer".

Does anybody know how I can get around this issue?

Hi Pjj,

You'll need to add an additional filter: Feature, GWD. The files that come up for GWD can be opened in our program. I just tested and I was able to open the files.
Can you give it a try and let us know if it works for you?

Thanks for that! I didn't see the option for filter, I can confirm that I've since downloaded the templates and they work brilliantly.

You can take a look at our System Requirements to check that we support your OS version. If we do, check out our article on Troubleshooting Installation and Loading issues. If this still does not resolve your issues, please provide the steps you took to try and download GWD.
