March 7 - Target Market Analysis Presentation & Discussion

Housing stakeholders and community leaders,

 

You’re invited to attend a stakeholder meeting on Friday, March 7, to learn about and discuss local and regional housing opportunities. The meeting will be held from 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. in the conference room of the Traverse City Michigan Works! center, located at 1209 S. Garfield Ave in Traverse City.

 

The meeting will feature a presentation from Sharon Woods, CRE at LandUse USA about the development of target market analyses for counties throughout the region, which will provide information and recommendations about local housing demand. These studies present important new opportunities for attracting new housing development and investment to your community, and as a community leader, your participation is key to their success.
