It's been two occasions now, both times it was to change a pair of ramps to a frontage/side road into turn segments (which are reserved for roads that intersect).
The first occasion was at Indianapolis International Airport on June 2nd, I objected, but it didn't seem to do anything, so I went ahead and edited it again (I may have been a little heated in my comments)
http://www.google.com/mapmaker?gw=39&fid=0x886ca6eba0e985c7:0xee5aee741c0dc6ff
(for some unknown reason, the segment usage was deleted a few days ago by http://www.google.com/mapmaker?uid=209891212269614529571&gw=66&hl=en , but that's another matter entirely...)
The second and more serious occasion is at the I-435 and Lackman interchange in Lenexa, KS on June 9th. I was able to correct it last night.
http://www.google.com/mapmaker?gw=39&fid=0x87c094e52b504553:0xca0025dd80d98b80
I can't verify that he made the actual edit because it doesn't say what he edited, but he's the only one in the edit history after the last known good edit.
These are the connecting segments between lower-priority roads that bypass the direct intersection of the roads.
Unlike slip roads, ramps are only used in situations without intersections. A ramp can have any of the following characteristics:
- It can be a sloped carriageway between roads with different elevations.
- It merges onto or bifurcates off of a high priority road.
- It can be part of an overpass.
- It can be present on roads that have the same elevation.
- It can be a part of an interchange.

This company is easy to spot because
they have their business name in not only most of the titles but also in their
urls.
They try and list addresses at casinos in Atlantic City that they are not at.
In their adwords account it lists the correct address as 501 N Arkansas Ave. If
you look at the Google picture of the street view you will see their name on
the sign on that building. I guess once they got away with one spam listing
they just went all out. 501 N Arkansas Ave is a Hijacked listing now. This was
Westside Lounge and if you look at the street view picture you will see it is
the only building on the block. It has an address spread of 501-511 N Arkansas
Ave. This is accurate and visibly clear. Hunkomania preforms a show there once
a week on Saturdays according to the Hunkomania web site at
http://www.hunk-o-mania.com/ which violates the maps rules since they only
preform their and do not own the building. They should be listed as a feature
not as a owner.
Here is the 2nd Map that clearly is Hunkomania too but under another alias.
Here are the names associated with the business. Hunk-o-mania, Hunkomania,
Hunkmania, Hunkamania, Manhattan Men, Top Notch, hunkmaniamalestripclub,
usahunk, usahunks, hunkmaniausa, hunkomanianyc, hunkomaniaac,
nycavalonnightclub, Atlantic City Thunder.
I even checked on the profiles of the review user names and all the reviews for these people are
Hunkomania only.
REVIEW Profile - 28 reviews all to spamed Hunkomania related sites. There are
even more Google Places spam listings here than I ever imagined. They have done
the same spam in New Jersey and New York City. They have so many places listed
here my head is spinning. All of the names I listed above as fake venues plus
more are all listed in their fake user reviews. These reviews are posted it
seems for all different locations on or around the same time periods. They must
have 20 google accounts and keep rotating reviews to their listings.

The spam here is undeniable, is there a way to have this company sent a warning
on their urls.
They also spam New York, Philadelphia and Chicago from what we see in the
reviews findings.
Finding and removing this spam wastes time and money for all but is a necessity
to keep all
listing relevant or the whole system would be chaos.

What a mess. I don't even bother reading those kinds of post. It's all junk.

I own a club as well in Atlantic City that produces the a show that has a similar theme and thought that this type of spam was unethical so I called the owner. His mentality is that he will do whatever it takes to get the lions share of the business and will use all the loopholes and advantages he could find. I hung up the phone nauseated.
I went online and tried to flag as many of these listings as I could but found that the other owner had staff on map maker all day. He does this for other states and locations as well. Being a technical person I tried to figure out how to beat spam on the program side and came up with a solution which I posted in the forums under new features.
I am not here to spam maps or try any underhanded stuff. I use my real name on my profile! The Neo-2 is a nick name because I worked with Keanu Reeves on two of his movies. I have also worked with a number of charities donating time and money to helping others in need. You can find documented video of these works with me hosting a few of these in a video awareness series. I went to Africa for 3 weeks one instance with doctors and other aid workers to help bring medical supplies, clothing and other types of aid to the needy. I go on these missions 1-2 times a year. I am also working with the mayor of Atlantic City on the new Arts program to revitalize the community. This is taking place starting this year after Labor Day.
I took the initiative to invite others to a mapping event in Atlantic City and even got Showboat Casino to lend a conference room, I also invited others that could participate online and asked Lori from map maker to lend advice on how to setup the event. I hope this clears up your questions and look forward to continuing the evolution of mapping.
If I find a google reviewer who is repeatedly making clearly incorrect edits or reviews, even after being corrected in the comments on edits, how do I go about reporting them? Is there a email address to contact?
