Hello everyone,
Since there isn't a community forum for  Google Funding Choices, I'm asking here.

We are a third-party vendor and our script is ready for the IAB TCF 2.0. It works with any other CMP on the market but the Google Funding Choices. We have no problem accessing the tcData from the TCF 2.0 API with other CMP's.

The problem is some of our clients have implemented the GFC CMP and we are having problems retrieving the tcData eventStatus and tcString from the __tcfapi eventListener.

I did extensive testing and when users access the websites that use GFC, our script never reads the expecting eventStatus of 'tcLoaded' or 'useractioncomplete' but only null. The tcString is null as well. Therefore the script cannot ever read the consent given by the user.

I would like to have some help, please.

Thank you all

Hi Jose,

We're unable to assist you with your concern in this forum. There should be a Contact us link in their Help Center if it's available to your account. I suggest you create your own account or reach out to one of your clients to assist you in sending your query to the Google Funding Choices support team.

If you want, you may also try posting in Ad Manager's product community forum in this link and see if they can assist you with your concern.

Hi Rachel,

Since you've already created a new thread, please don't revive old threads in order for us to better track the issue. Kindly wait as one of my colleagues will respond in the new thread as soon as possible.
