From the Content API’s perspective, you can programmatically re-upload your products by using the products.insert method (refer to this link for more information) or products.custombatch method:insert that allows you to re-insert multiple products at a time using a single API call (refer to this link for more information).
However, it appears that you’re using a third party platform to sync or upload your products to your merchant account. I’m afraid that I cannot comment whether disconnecting and reconnecting your merchant center account to your third party ecommerce / CMS platform will push your products to be live again in your MC account. I said this because we are not familiar with the behavior of the third party platform that you’re using. With this, I feel that their customer care would be the right team to assist you with your queries.
