Obtaining Historic Local Referendum Data

Hi All,  

I am looking to download data on local referenda across the United states in the past 15 or so years.  From this post in 2019, it seems that data gets deleted after elections.  Is there any way of obtaining historic data?  

Additionally, is there any way of obtaining results of elections?  

Any insight is much appreciated!
