I am trying to use the voterInfoQuery call to get all referendum data, however, only the referendumTitle, referendumSubtitle and referendumUrl display. Is this only data available? I am using election ID 2000. The address I am using is in southern California. Here is the response. If I don't specify an electionId, my response is empty.

Hi Gabriel,
Generally, referenda data is only available during an election and then taken down once the election is over.
Election ID 2000 is an exception as this is our "test" election ID to enable developers a stable place to test year round.
For this particular response, we are returning all of the data we have available. This is mostly working as intended, but we are going to explore whether or not we can update 2000 with more robust referenda data.
Stay tuned and please let us know if this helps!
