If you just recently added your app into your AdMob account, you need to wait up to 24 hours before ads will display. In some cases, it can take a few days for ads to appear in new apps or ad units.

Since you still encounter this, can you provide us your app id and ad unit id so that we can check this further in our end? In addition to that, can you confirm if upon testing our test ad unit id in your app, also return this error? If yes, kindly provide us your sample app project so that we can check your implementation.

Thank you for your response.
We received all the information you provided. We also checked your sample app provided as well as your ad unit id, upon checking I wasn't able to load ads on both your ad unit id and in our ad unit id. But, it looks like it has something to do with your screen layout. Can you try referring to our Sample App iOS for implementation on banners as reference. Then check if you're now able to load ads even using our sample ad unit id.

Since you mentioned that upon changing bundle ID, the ads are showing. Could you confirm if your app has been published to AppStore? If so, have you configured your app-ads.txt? If so, you will need to add our test app id as well google.com, pub-3940256099942544, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0 in order to receive test ads from our demo units.

Additionally could you please try using your bundleID, app ID, and app unit ID in our iOS test app found here to see if the ads load in this application? You can also provide us a Charles log that captures all the ad requests you made.

Looking at your Charles Log, you are using a banner ad unit ID for your app open ad. Could you please use this test ad unit ID for app open ad? This should resolve the issue.
