Map Chart enhancements in latest snapshot builds

Latest snapshot builds have some enhancements for the Map Chart:

1) Paul Johnson has added options, for both Google and OSM maps, to:

- ignore any Power Shading Zones and always draw the red line (Hide Shaded Zones)

- remove the route background yellow line (Hide Yellow Line)

2) Markers positions has been fixed for OSM since there were designed for Google maps and were displaced for OSM.

3) Since we are having problems with Default OSM Tile Servers, now Custom Tile Servers A/B/C point to German OSM/French OSM/OpenTopoMap, so you can easily select them, or change to your taste as before.

4) Last, but not the least, now It is possible to enter a full url, including apikey for services which require registration. For Thunderforest OpenCycleMap, which is a long standing repeated request, the url looks like this:

https://tile.thunderforest.com/cycle/{z}/{x}/{y}.png?apikey=<your-apikey-here>

Especially Paul's new options make the map chart finally functional for me. The ability to enter full URLs is also a great addition to GC.

Thanks for the update and tips to keep the map functional Ale, Could you please let me know the syntax to use in video-layout.xml to include the new url in the LiveMap widget?

ie:

   <meter name="livemap" container="Video" source="LiveMap" type="LiveMap">

       <RelativeSize Width="25.0" Height="45.0" />

       <RelativePosition X="12.0" Y="20.0" />

       <Zoom>16</Zoom>

   </meter>
