I am trying to run GO.elite on windows, I tried to use the sample
files and run with the default simulation but I keep getting the
following error:

then I tried to run with my own file which consist of a list of human
entrezgene and I got the same error:

This has also been reported by other users with the latest
version of GO-Elite (posted this week). I will look into
this and hopefully have a solution in the next day. For an
immediate solution, if you are using mouse or human, run
your data on our web version found at:
http://www.genmapp.org/go_elite
