Hello Nathan,

There seems to be a small inconsistency in the xxx-MAPP database after updating GO-Elite 1.2.5-Py using the latest WikiPathways release: there are two human pathways listed where the difference is a single capitalized letter ( "Cholesterol Biosynthesis: WP197" and "Cholesterol biosynthesis: WP197" ). I haven't checked other species yet, but it may be possible that it occurs there as well.

On WikiPathways the last pathway seems to be the official name ( http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Pathway:WP197 ).

As mentioned, this is not a large issue and I only encountered it while feeding the output files back into R. R really does not like duplicate rownames!

For now I just removed the duplicate WikiPathways name from the gene database by hand (xxx-MAPP.txt) which seemed to solve the issue.

Best,

Hey Stan,

Thanks for noticing this. I haven't seen this before but will eliminate any pathway with the same WPID.
Best,
Nathan
