emails through Outlook 2007. I never changed anything there. Please,

You might try logging into Gmail via the web interface just to see if
all of the emails actually are there. Then, if they are there, you
would at least know that it's an issue related to downloading from
Gmail to Outlook rather than Gmail not receiving your emails at all.

Hi

If this is for your business, and you are using Google Apps then you should a) have an administrator and b) consider using the paid version which provides support from Google if you are not tech savvy enough or not bothered with troubleshooting the problem yourself.
It's hardly fair to expect us Gmail users to take time to provide you free support so that you may make a profit.

How about you also start by telling us what you have done in terms of troubleshooting the problem within the Gmail interface, esp. the admin cpanel, your DNS etc.

Kenneth,

I have tried everything. I checked my MX records on my domain, I removed the account from Outlook & reloaded it, and I have also checked what you have suggested. There is no new emails in my account. This EXTREMELY FUSTRATING

I do have the paid version of google apps, with 3 accounts. I have checked all my MX records through GoDaddy, and they are all fine. My gmail account is not receiving emails at all, I go to the web interface for my account and there hasn't been any bmail since the problem started yesterday. I have made no changes for this to happen out of the blue that I am a where of. I have erased the account from my Outlook and tried reloading it. My Calendars, Contacts, Folders, all load fine. I can send emails no problem, just can't receive. I checked through my account dashboard and everything is in order.

my bad i thought this was an open forum, were should I go for help then if this is not the place....?

I've had this same trouble, or something very similar. My Gmail
account was set up so my Outlook emails were forwarded from Gmail to
my Outlook account. For about 3 years, that worked well. Then, about a
year ago, some emails were delayed 2-3 days before they were
forwarded, and some emails were never forwarded at all. As far as I
could tell, they disappeared. For that reason I've stopped using my
Outlook accounts.

I mention this only to note that the OP is not alone in having this
problem, and the problem isn't something new between Gmail and
Outlook.

It is an open forum.  As Marko said, we're fellow users like yourself.

With the paid version you have an administrator, and tech support from actual Google employees.  It sounds as though you've tried a reasonable amount of steps for us fellow users to help with.  It might be time to get your official support taken care of.

I attempted a test using telnet direct to the primary MX and the email was accepted but then I received this DSN:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    thepi...@havespitwilltravel.com

There is no clue in the DSN as to why it failed. Time to contact Google for support that you pay for.

Here is the transcript showing my Telnet test, I have highlighted where it responds 250 OK for your address:

Max if you could post the bounce messages some of your recipients are getting we could better help figure out what the issue is.
