HI,
I'm not familiar with these data sets, but there should be two possible
solutions.
The first is to use the 'Extract Raster To Points' tool in ArcGIS (or if
you are using QGIS, the Point Sampling Tool tool). This will allow you
to extract values from a raster data layer to a point or a feature data
layer based on their spatial relationships (meaning that you don't need
for have ay common fields with shared values).
The other option would be to convert your raster data layer into a point
data layer as this will allow you to create an attribute table from it.
This can be done using the Convert Raster To Points tool (in ArcGIS) or
using one of the raster to points tools in QGIS (there are a number of
options for this).
If neither of these optoins work out for you, post back on this thread
and I can see what else I can suggest.
