I have submitted several jobs but keep encountering error 005. For example, job ID 644975, titled '1B,' returned this error. Could you please help me understand the cause? I would appreciate any assistance.

Dear Tanya

It's still unclear to me why i get the error 005, yet my top SNPs are above the significance threshold. I will appreciate any insights in handling this error.

Thanks

Hi,

From the FUMA tutorial, you can find this:
Screenshot 2025-07-31 070829.png

Here, a SNP is considered genome wide significant if the p value is < 5e-8.

This is the list of your top SNPs:

chr     bp      non_effect_allele       effect_allele   rsID    p       or      se      N
6       33081160        G       C       rs7770501       6.98744e-08     1.31312 0.0505254       11484
6       33110796        G       T       rs9380342       7.36639e-08     0.768115        0.0490182       11478
6       33108038        C       T       rs116257527     7.45622e-08     0.768216        0.0490136       11480
6       33092341        G       A       rs2281388       8.53588e-08     0.769158        0.0490081       11484
6       33111219        T       C       rs9366813       9.72464e-08     0.770002        0.0490196       11481
6       33108169        T       G       rs78695959      9.7795e-08      0.769986        0.0490327       11480
6       33126823        G       A       rs9277752       1.02923e-07     1.32666 0.0531173       11484
6       33158082        T       G       rs3129205       1.03118e-07     1.32355 0.0526795       11484
6       33104062        C       A       rs61705355      1.03797e-07     0.770403        0.0490309       11484
6       33082906        G       A       rs3097674       1.04538e-07     1.31381 0.0513157       11484

The top SNP has p value  6.98744e-08 which is > 5e-8 so these SNPs are genome-wide insignificant.

Best,
Tanya
