cell type-specific ERROR: timeout

When I ran FUMA cell type-specific analysis, there is ERROR:timeout, the Job ID is 655013. May I get assistance to resolve it?

Hi Tanya,

I’m running the cell type eFUMA with the Siletti level 1 dataset and keep encountering timeout errors. I tried splitting the data into two parts, but the same error persists.

Since proper FDR correction requires running the full level 1 dataset in one batch, could you advise how to best handle this? Is there a recommended way to bypass the timeout issue (e.g., local run, alternative settings), so that we can still get accurate results?
