ERROR:timeout for cell type enrichment

Hi FUMA team,

During the cell type analysis process, I received a timeout error ( job ID: 601092, job title: meta_gwas). I confirmed this and have finished the SNP to gene annotation, but when I put this job on the cell type enrichment task, it still gets the trouble. I have tried many times, and the system reported the same error(ERROR: timeout ).

Could you please take a look?

Hi Xingzhong, 

Your job was timed out because it exceeded the maximum 8 hours per job. 

You can reduce the number of datasets selected for the cell type job to make it fit within the 8 hours. I noticed that for the same dataset, you selected multiple levels. That's not how FUMA cell type is supposed to run. Please read this carefully:
