Help with Error:006

Hello, I have run job ID: 660009 and received ERROR:006. I know the issue is with my Lead SNPs file, as everything will work correctly when I just run the GWAS summary statistics without it. However, I cannot determine what is wrong with my file (I believe everything is in the correct order). Any assistance appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Michael, 

The problematic variant that causes the error is: 9:127933747:C:T.

Other than this, I can't further troubleshoot unless you send me the input gwas sumstat and the lead snps file so that I can test.
