Once the interaction array is extracted by experiment,* the model becomes predictive, and the people “manipulable” (they conform toward an equation of state).
Bear your cross (does not need to mean bear immoral experimentation).
“Whatever, there’ll be something about you that’s the weakest point, and if I just push, that’s where you’ll blow out. So, that’s a mental illness, but those things almost never just happen. Sometimes, but not very often, usually people have just been hammered like two or three different ways, and then they collapse in the direction of their biological weakness. And then maybe you put them back together, but it’s almost always a complexity related phenomena rather than a mental illness related phenomena. Not always, but almost always.”

But it’s not the complexity that’s the problem. Complexity is the word that’s sugar-coating the truth. This world (people) is evil, and asks the unfortunate conceptions (people) to accept a life of evil. The phenomena Mr. (Jordan) Peterson is speaking about comes from the inability to reconcile one’s person to an evil world. Most are never (overly) bothered by the evil; some find that elusive reconciliation wherein good endures, even to the point of sharing in the cross of Christ; others- they are scattered as sheep for the wolves.
