Setting Anvil Journeyman

Good afternoon everybody,

I bought anvil frame jig from local company.

The guy who bought the jig doesn't work there and had no chance to get manual or else.

I found manual from googling but couldn't find how to properly set up center of  the indicator at the picture.

Is there any proper way to set up this indicator ?

And can tell which model is this jig?

Nice jig, looks like the Journeyman III like what I have and seems you have all the needed parts.

That is how you set the bottom bracket drop so raise it up to 7 (cm) and you will have a 70mm drop relative to the bottom bracket.

Quick release handle usually but on the picture I can't see it where it normally is.

That Journeyman looks as if it has never been used!  Good score.  Knowing what I do about Don Ferris and his attention to detail, I would guess that it was set to perfect zero at his shop before it was delivered. I expect he will chime in here on this question.
