i have this board AVA6SLXBoardSchematic-v2, and it is spartan 6 XC6SLX9-2TQG144C, i have tried to connect it to pc which is windows 7 32-bit, but i can not get alwasys i have

Firstly, you're using a very old release. Use the latest release as described in the quickstarts on the wiki. For example: https://gist.github.com/makestuff/7829484

Secondly, I'm not aware of anyone making a BSP[1] for your FPGA board, similar to this: https://github.com/makestuff/swled/tree/master/templates/fx2all/boards/nexys2-1200

If you have already done that work, please share what you have and the exact hdlmake.py command you used to build your .xsvf file so I can check it against the schematic you provided.
