This week we must make sure that we get our feet on the ground and stay loose.  We will focus on dynamic warm-ups and then do short easy runs.  Clean nutrition, limit alcohol intake, and make sure to hydrate all week long.  Especially with the humidity.  Let's make sure to always have a bottle with water in it when we travel in the car, sit at work and even work around the house.

Let me know if you have any questions!

What are we supposed to do this week as in miles/pace? I am not feeling well today and want to make sure to try and get the workouts in this week.
