Hey everyone, so far we have several people out of town or preparing to go out of town.  Is there anyone planning on being at the Fit Circuit Session?  Just want to see if we need to set up for that.  Please let us know.

Also, tomorrow morning we are going to be meeting at the kick ball field parking lots, just go east on Barton Springs from Mopac, then after you pass Zilker Park, turn right at the next light which is Robert E. Lee St.  The parking lot and fields are on your right just past little league fields.

see you there,

Diane

Hi Diane,

I just returned from vacation and currently traveling for work now.. L  I’ve also injured my foot running on the beach during vacation..  I may try to run a short distance on Saturday to see how I manage.  I’ll let you know once I’m up and running again.

Thanks

TD

very sorry to hear that.  We may be able to address some of the issues with your injury to help speed up recovery and identify some key things to do.  We can also do that Saturday and work with you on that.

take care,

Diane

LOL.. It’s actually a huge popped raw blister on the bottom of my heel!  I’ve been walking on the tip of my toes all week long!  I’m a sight to see.  Hopefully I can be back up to full speed next week.
