Cancelling tonight fit circuit

Hey guys looks like only 2 tonight and I am going to be racing to try
to make it from working in san Antonio. Let's plan on being there for
run in the morning at new location.

Fine by me. What should we do if we decide to do it on our own?

If you would like to do some of the strength on your own I suggest: 

Warm up:  
knee hugs
Marches
reaching lunges 
skips
inch worm (start in push up position, walk feet in toward hands keeping knees almost straight, then walk hands out and repeat)
side shuffle

20 Body weight squats  
20 elevated push ups on table or couch
20 rotations across the middle with anything 8-10 lbs. 
20 Body weight skaters (hoping from left to right foot, and back straight sideways)

repeat 3 times

that should give you some good strength
