For the month of February, 2010
===============================

Members and advisors,

Financials, work in progress, and completed work for February, 2010.

Financials
----------

Screen shot of our bank statement:

Our financials spread sheet (balance statement) can be found at

We have not had any financial activity in February.

Work In Progress
----------------

* Our 2009 fiscal year tax return filing will be done by March 12,
2010.

* Kixx, our client application delivery platform. The next hurdle to
overcome is mashup security.

* The second draft of our business plan/member pitch.

* Interacting within the programmer community to build connections and
relationships with an eye toward recruiting talent.

* The Crown Construction pilot program is being implemented as a
Firefox extension along with many of our JavaScript modules for Kixx.

* Our collaboration software project is still on the back burner.
Currently our priorities are to get a production version of DCube and
Kixx up and running before we start work on this project again. We
are also evaluating Basecamp and Wave for possible ideas.

Completed Work
--------------

* Back in the beginning of February I fixed the last "blocker" bug in
the Google App Engine DCube implementation. This is exciting because
it marks the first fully functional implementation of a DCube server.
You can find out more here:

* Since I am now going to be working on versions of Kixx for both the
Chrome and Firefox browsers, I needed a build system that can
automitically build the installations for each platform from an
integrated code base. Nothing that fit my needs was available, so I
built our own version of GNU Make that serves our purposes. You can
find more here:

* While building the DCube JavaScript client I've also been patching a
few bugs in the DCube server.

* Our members passed an amendment to our Operating Agreement that
limits the number of points that any member can give to another in a 1
month period. I updated the operating agreement publications to
reflect this.

* Lastly, I completed research on filing corporate tax returns for our
unique type of corporation. I'll do a write up on it sometime in the
not too distant future.

Points Allocation
-----------------

Lastly, Mike, Martin, and myself are eligible to vote points for Jan
2010 and should do so by posting to this discussion thread.
