Proposal for points voting cap

Our board had put forward a proposed amendment to our operating
agreement.

Active Member to any other member during a one month period may not
exceed the total number of points held at the end of the previous
month by the allocating member.

This amendment needs the approval of 2/3 of our members by point
total. That means we need members to vote for this who's point totals
will add up to more that 131,332 points.

The last day to vote will be Sat Jan 30th, 2010.

Vote yes by posting a message to this discussion thread. A non-
response will be counted as a 'no' vote.

I will vote in favor as well....which should push us over the threshold.

Those two votes puts the points total at 161,750 in favor of this
amendment, which effectively passes it.
