it used to be sorted from most specific to inherited... it still is, but that sorting order is now preceded by all these
*::-moz-rules from System and (for example) from Html5 Boilerplate css...

is this a bug or a new feature? if it's a feature, please revert it a.s.a.p.!!! :)
