There's an option called Show User Agent CSS, which you have to uncheck to hide those style rules.
Note that this option didn't change lately and it is unchecked by default. So could it be that you accidentally enabled it lately?

hello

it seems it started with 1.11.3... whichever element in page i click, in Style panel i always first see numerous *::-moz-progress-bar, *::-moz-selection, *::-moz-this-that.... rules listed, from System and (for example) from H5 Boilerplate css...
this is very annoying... for every element i need to scroll down to see that element's css rules...

it used to be sorted from most specific to inherited... now it's preceded by all these *::rules that oone really rarely needs to see...

is this a bug or a feature? if it's a feature, please revert it asap!! :)

greets

Oh, yes. Now I can see it, too. Please create an issue with a simple test case and add a link to this thread in the description, so we can fix it.

Show User Agent CSS is disabled; this seems to be a bug, and it just started (for me) with v1.11.3. I'm using FF20 on OS X 10.6.8.

As OP said, the *::-moz-selection rule is appearing first in the sidebar list, when it should be showing up at the bottom of the list (or not at all unless "show user agent css" is toggeled). It doesn't seem to happen on all sites.
